Beginner Smokey Eye

Makeup Tip Tuesday!  There, I came up with something clever.  Phew, I was stressin' on that one.  Anyway, I thought I would do a tutorial on how to do a day-time smokey eye for beginners.  I know the smokey eye is kinda intimidating to do and to wear, so I thought I would start easy with a simple eye, smokey corners, dark liner, and lots of mascara.  You will be surprised how easy it is!  I plan on doing a smokey nightout eye at some point for you all.  Hope you like it!!

If you have any requests or questions, please let me know!  I would love to try them out for ya.  Also if you have any questions about products or anything, I would love to try to answer.  Thanks for watching!

  1. Seems pretty easy! Love the baby in the back ground. (he he)
A guy at the Mac counter once told me that using black shadow as liner (like with a thin angle brush) is a great way to add to the smokey eye. Instead of a solid liner.
Also do you think the pink would be good for darker colored person or should it be a darker color?

  6. That is an awesome tutorial for those of us who are more than inept with the eye shadow. If you're taking requests, I would love to see a video explaining what each brush is used for:)
